The Pearl Hotel

Wonderful stay. Location can’t be beat. We’ve stayed at far more expensive five star hotels around the country - this exceeded every one of them in service and attention to detail. We were consistently surprised and delighted here and enjoyed every moment of our stay. From the turndown device with delicious house-made truffles, to always prompt (and included) valet, to the knowledgeable and generous concierge, to the kind and attentive pool staff - we had zero complaints. I did not touch a single door my entire stay - someone always beat me to it! Thank you for a magical stay, Pearl team!

Feedback: Best amenities were the in room amenities/ service, and house keeping - they were exceptional and top tier. The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. Beach access was the best. I really enjoyed lounging in the shade by the pool - enjoyed the hot tub and main cold pool. Then private beach was wonderful. The beach boys are so kind! Sunscreen included. The attention to detail that the staff has is great. Substituting sodas for Topochico in my mini fridge. Wonderful!! The pastry chef whipped up a coconut cake for me!! Very good! The pool attendant was a little too attentive. I wanted to be left alone....I did not use the spa. I was underwhelmed with the restaurant. The dinner menu and vibe….Again, House keeping and in room dining fabulous. Go across the street for dinner at Cowgirl cafe. They have great food! Not a huge hotel so no area to lounge except pool or room…. There was a very loud wedding my second night. Super frustrating as I wanted to go to bed early for an early morning dive trip the next day. I paid a lot to stay here and to be kept up is not ideal at all…. Very relaxing! And a great experience for sure!! I would give it an 7/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5

Our stay at The Pearl was everything we hoped for and more. We were celebrating our engagement and were welcomed with champagne, flower petals, and chocolate covered strawberries, setting the tone for the entire trip. The spa experience was unbelievable. The atmosphere, the professionalism, and the skill of the massage therapists is something you need to experience. I have to mention the spa manager, Pam, for going above and beyond the facilitate the most incredible experience for me and my fiancé. Everything about The Pearl feels thoughtful and personal. You can tell the staff takes pride in every detail and truly loves what they do. We left feeling taken care of and already can’t wait to come back.

This is the best hotel you can stay in around this area. It is expensive but you get what you pay for by far! The staff is amazing, the rooms and food are top notch! The manager was very friendly and helpful. The Head Maintenance, Jamie, was such a pleasure to deal with! We didn't have any issues, but he was just really friendly and gave us advice on a few things that I really appreciated! The location is perfect! It's right in the heart of the area and walking distance to all kinds of great things. Definitely recommend if you are wanting to spend time in the area and have the money to do it. This place was amazing!

The Pearl is the absolute jewel of 30A. It is a beautiful resort, but what makes it shine are the employees that make it all happen. When you stay at the Pearl you feel like family. Amy truly made our stay a memory I will cherish for a lifetime. She went above and beyond with her kindness and genuine care. It was the holidays when we visited and so it was extremely busy, but she handled the rush with such effortlessness. The valet is top notch as well. Kyle, Nick, and Aiden ensured our bags and car were well taken care of during our stay. Times would get busy, but they were always there to help with a smile and great conversation. The rooms are stunning. I would most definitely recommend the Pearl to anyone wanting to have the best resort experience possible on 30A.

The Pearl is an elegant gem nestled in the heart of Charming Rosemary Beach just steps away from the beach. The service I received from Abigail at the front desk was above and beyond — helping me in a bind by printing out work papers for me with a cheerful attitude and impeccable class. Bravo to this special place.

My stay at The Pearl exceeded all expectations. The staff were welcoming and accommodative to our every need. They went the extra mile and helped us celebrate during our stay by providing a few extra in room treats, which we loved. From the spa to the food to every single staff member — we were so impressed with how thoughtfully curated our experience was. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend staying here if visiting the Rosemary Beach area.

My massage with Christy was exceptional. She truly eased so many pain points & it was relaxing, and genuinely one of the best I’ve had. The spa feels calm and welcoming and the staff’s hospitality made the entire experience seamless. So grateful to have this gem locally and can’t wait to come back. Loved that they offered a glass of prosecco at the end too & the option for all the enhancements was amazing. Thank you so much, Christy!
